01Do you charge per report or per administrator?
No. School plans follow the number of campuses. Company and hospital plans follow the number of employees. Reporting more, or adding the people who respond, does not raise the price.
02What is included?
Anonymous web reporting, two-way follow-up, a staff inbox, and the school starter setup. The price is billed annually. Staffed 24/7 monitoring is a separate service.
03Can a district pay by purchase order or invoice?
Yes. Nothing is charged from the website. We confirm the campus count, then invoice or accept a purchase order.
04When is the portal live?
A campus or a district on these two prices has its page and QR code the week you agree. A district with 26 or more campuses is up the week the agreement is signed.
05Can we start with one campus?
Yes. One to six campuses are $99 each per month. From seven through 25 campuses, the price is $599 per month.
