Anonymous reporting, incident management, panic alerts, and threat assessment are different jobs. District RFPs that collapse them buy the wrong system.
ReadGeorgia HB 268: what the law required, and what a tip app still does not do
O.C.G.A. § 20-2-779.1 required an anonymous reporting program by July 1, 2026. A mobile tip form is not the whole program — and NOW IMS is not the staffed crisis center either.
