Anonymous reporting, incident management, panic alerts, and threat assessment are different jobs. District RFPs that collapse them buy the wrong system.

O.C.G.A. § 20-2-779.1 required an anonymous reporting program. A tip form is not the whole program, and NOW IMS is not the staffed crisis center.
ReadKeep your tip line. Stop losing the file in email.
The reporting channel students already know can stay. The district still needs a process after the tip, without pasting the report into email.
