Up to 250 employees: $299 per month. Up to 1,000: $699 per month.
A company or hospital on these prices has its page and QR code the week you agree. The starter categories are the workplace set, including threats, harassment, retaliation, and safety hazards.

Before you ask for the portal.
01What does a new company get?
Anonymous web reporting, two-way follow-up, and a staff inbox. The starter setup includes workplace categories: threats or acts of violence, harassment, retaliation, safety hazards, and other concerns. A hospital gets that same setup.
02When is it live?
A company or hospital on the $299 or $699 price has its page and QR code the week you agree. A larger organization gets a price from us, and the portal is up the week the agreement is signed. You pay by invoice or purchase order.
03Where does the sample go?
The sample stays in your browser. It is not stored and it is not sent to a hospital or any employer. If someone is in danger, call 911.
