What we build
Anonymous reporting is the entry point. Accountable resolution is the product. Districts, workplaces, and other regulated teams use NOW IMS so a concern does not die in a shared inbox: owners, playbooks, deadlines, evidence, and closure that people — not a model — still have to sign.
We lead with K–12 because that is where the work is sharpest right now: tip lines that already exist, statutes that name anonymous reporting, and files that still have to satisfy Title IX, threat assessment, and employee concerns in one operating picture.
Who is behind it
John Rodkey started this work after years in live event and school-safety operations, including collaboration with Fort Bend ISD Police on a district reporting experience the district publishes as See Something, Share Something. The current platform is a multi-tenant rebuild of that incident operating system — not a consumer tip app.
There is no badge wall on this page because trust should be visible in the architecture. Read security for identity separation, audit history, and human gates on AI. NOW Neo may summarize and suggest. It does not dispatch, discipline, disclose, or close a case.
What we are not
Not 911. Not a panic or Alyssa’s Alert vendor. Not a staffed 24/7 crisis center (standard plans accept reports at any hour; they do not include staffed human monitoring). Not a public whistleblower portal for the world. Not automatic legal compliance.
