No. We do not want pricing to discourage reporting or limit the people responsible for responding. Plans are based on organizational scale, not report volume or administrator seats.
Generous NOW Neo, SMS, and voice usage is included for ordinary program use. If sustained usage exceeds a plan’s included capacity, we will contact you before changing your price.
Yes. Districts and larger organizations can use a contract, purchase order, and annual invoice. Smaller organizations can use a secure card or ACH payment.
Standard onboarding and configuration are included. Complex migrations, custom integrations, or specialized implementation work are scoped and approved before work begins.
The platform can accept reports at any time, but staffed human monitoring is not included in standard plans. If you need a live monitoring service, we will scope it separately.
