06 / Questions

What district teams ask first.

01Can students and families report anonymously?

Yes. Districts can offer protected web, SMS, and voice reporting, including an anonymous reporting option and secure follow-up.

02Does NOW IMS replace our emergency services?

No. NOW IMS supports reporting and coordinated organizational response. Emergencies should still be directed to 911 or the district’s designated emergency channel.

03Can different schools use different response paths?

Yes. Routing, access, deadlines, escalation, and approvals can adapt by campus, incident type, team, and role while preserving district oversight.

04How does NOW Neo use AI?

NOW Neo helps authorized people structure information, surface risk signals, find relevant guidance, and prepare next actions. People remain responsible for decisions and response.

05What does a district plan cost?

The District plan is $599 per month, billed annually, for up to 25 campuses. Districts with one to six campuses can pay $99 per campus per month instead.
