02Does NOW IMS replace our emergency services?+
No. NOW IMS supports reporting and coordinated organizational response. Emergencies should still be directed to 911 or the district’s designated emergency channel.
03Can different schools use different response paths?+
Yes. Routing, access, deadlines, escalation, and approvals can adapt by campus, incident type, team, and role while preserving district oversight.
04How does NOW Neo use AI?+
NOW Neo helps authorized people structure information, surface risk signals, find relevant guidance, and prepare next actions. People remain responsible for decisions and response.
05What does a district plan cost?+
The District plan is $599 per month, billed annually, for up to 25 campuses. Districts with one to six campuses can pay $99 per campus per month instead.
